Stage 1 — Professional Training & Preparation

This ensures staff are fully prepared before placement into nursing homes, mental health services, supported living and community care environments.
Stage 2 — Supervised Work Experience
Candidates are deployed into regulated healthcare settings to gain verified UK-based experience under professional supervision.

Stage 4 — Employer Sponsorship Opportunities
Where UK employers hold valid sponsorship licences and workforce demand exists, eligible staff may be considered for Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) opportunities.
